The Dining

At Swann Trophy Whitetail Ranch, you will eat great. We refuse to send a hunter away hungry. Debbie Pate, Danny’s wife and better half, is our cook, and she is awesome! With her background in the restaurant business, she knows how to make things taste good. We begin our day at around 5:00 am with coffee and sweet rolls. When we get in from the morning’s hunt, we will go to Debbie and Danny's house for a big breakfast. We will have a variety of pickup food during the day, and then eat a big meal at the main lodge at night. A few of our favorites, and the hunters, are steak dinners, Mexican food dinners, and barbeque dinners, with grilled sausage, beef brisket and barbecue ribs. At Swann Trophy Whitetail Ranch, we raise and feed our own beef, so you will have the opportunity to eat a true ranch raised Black Angus steak. Again, we want your hunt at Swann Ranch to be a memory that you will enjoy. We want you to have such a great time that you will tell all of your friends and then come back yourself.
